Shipping Policy

Once your order is successfully processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  2. Shipping Methods and Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. We ship orders with USPS to ensure cost-effective and quick delivery times. For larger orders, shipments may be fulfilled by UPS or FedEx. This information is included in your tracking confirmation email.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location. The estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unexpected events. However, we will do our best to provide you with accurate delivery estimates and timely updates regarding your order’s status.

  4. Shipping Rates: We provide tiered flat-rate shipping rates which is determined by your package weight. The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at the time of purchase on the checkout page.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and know when it will be delivered.

  6. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  7. Delivery Issues: In the rare event of delivery issues, such as late or lost packages, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem and ensure that you receive your order promptly.

  8. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or any other reason, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.

Return/Refund Policy

We appreciate that you have chosen Sticky Nodes. We are unable to accept returns and do not offer refunds on any orders. Below is our return/refund policy which details this information:

  1. Order Changes or Cancellation: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team at hi@stickynodes.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

  2. No Refunds: As a standard practice, all sales made through our website are considered final. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, unless otherwise stated explicitly in this policy.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you are covered under our two-year limited warranty. You can read the terms of the limited warranty here.

  4. Non-Delivery of Products: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame specified in our Shipping Policy, please contact our customer support team at hi@stickynodes.com. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it. If the package is determined to be lost or undeliverable, we will offer a replacement of the same product. Refunds will not be provided in such cases, and we will not be liable for any losses resulting from non-delivery.

Product Variations and Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website, there may be slight variations in color, size, or appearance due to factors such as monitor settings or manufacturing processes. These minor variations do not qualify for refunds or returns.
