This Sticky Nodes product warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Make Shapes LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as Sticky Nodes (“Sticky Nodes”), and applies only to the product Sticky Nodes (“Product”) manufactured by Sticky Nodes and purchased directly from Sticky Nodes or an authorized retailer. This Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Warranty Duration:

Sticky Nodes are covered by this Warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the end-user (“Customer”).

2. Warranty Coverage:

Sticky Nodes warrants that the Product will:

a) Be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing faults under normal use and service during the Warranty period.

b) Perform its intended functions as described in the user guide and other official documentation. In the event that the Product fails to perform a specific function, Sticky Nodes will address the issue according to the terms outlined in this Warranty.

3. Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
• Use of the Product outside of its intended purpose or in violation of the user guide.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, water damage, or wind.

4. Warranty Claim Process:

In the event of a potential warranty claim, the Customer must follow these steps:

• Contact Sticky Nodes Customer Support via email (hi@stickynodes.com) to initiate the claim process.
• Provide proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or order confirmation.
• Clearly describe the specific function that the Product is failing to perform.

5. Resolution Methods:

If a valid warranty claim is determined, Sticky Nodes will, in its discretion:

• Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or
• Replace the Product with a new, refurbished, or similar Product, depending on availability.

6. Sole and Exclusive Remedy:

In the event of a defect covered under this Warranty, the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies are limited to the repair or replacement options provided in section 5 above. Replacement or repaired Products are warranted for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Sticky Nodes will not be liable to the customer for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product. The entire aggregate liability of Sticky Nodes for any Product shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the Product giving rise to liability.

8. Warranty Disclaimers:

Except as expressly set forth in this Warranty, each Sticky Nodes Product is provided solely on an “as is” basis, and Sticky Nodes makes no other warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sticky Nodes specifically disclaims and excludes all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
