This Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. <\/span>Warranty Duration:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sticky Nodes are covered by this Warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the end-user (&#8220;Customer&#8221;).<\/span><\/p><p>2. Warranty Coverage:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sticky Nodes warrants that the Product will:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) Be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing faults under normal use and service during the Warranty period.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) Perform its intended functions as described in the user guide and other official documentation. In the event that the Product fails to perform a specific function, Sticky Nodes will address the issue according to the terms outlined in this Warranty.<\/span><\/p><p>3. Exclusions:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of the Product outside of its intended purpose or in violation of the user guide.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normal wear and tear.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, water damage, or wind.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>4. Warranty Claim Process:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of a potential warranty claim, the Customer must follow these steps:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact Sticky Nodes Customer Support via email (hi@stickynodes.com) to initiate the claim process.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or order confirmation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clearly describe the specific function that the Product is failing to perform.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>5. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resolution Methods:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a valid warranty claim is determined, Sticky Nodes will, in its discretion:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Replace the Product with a new, refurbished, or similar Product, depending on availability.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>6. Sole and Exclusive Remedy:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of a defect covered under this Warranty, the customer&#8217;s sole and exclusive remedies are limited to the repair or replacement options provided in section 5 above. Replacement or repaired Products are warranted for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.<\/span><\/p><p>7. Limitation of Liability:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sticky Nodes will not be liable to the customer for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Product. The entire aggregate liability of Sticky Nodes for any Product shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the Product giving rise to liability.<\/span><\/p><p>8. Warranty Disclaimers:<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Except as expressly set forth in this Warranty, each Sticky Nodes Product is provided solely on an &#8220;as is&#8221; basis, and Sticky Nodes makes no other warranties of any kind.
